Canopy and birds in the Cloud Forest

Mindo is located in a fertile valley that is at 1250 above sea level. This is the area in which the transaction between the fog forest and the tropical forest happend, we will witness nature from a different angle; as a bird. Hooked onto a harness we will sore from one end of the forest to the next.  Due to its biodiversity Mindo is recognized to its extensive bird population, especially hummingbirds.   At the Tulipe Museum we learn about the pre-inca cultural group known as Yumbo.

Rafting and Canoying in the Amazon basin
